This kit includes 2 machines; one liner (white one) and one shader (red one), power adapter, rubber grommets, bands, inkwells, and needles. 

There are various needle types for all uses: thick 7 needle shaders, down to single needle thin liners. 

This has almost everything you would need to start tattooing, all you need is a power supply and a pedal.
